I'm getting an Invalid License error
I'm getting an "Invalid License" error. What should I do?
This error typically occurs when your subscription has expired, you're trying to use MarketXLS on more computers than your license allows, or Excel needs to be restarted after installation.
Quick Fixes
1. Restart Excel
Close all Excel windows completely, then reopen Excel. The license should re-validate automatically.
2. Re-enter Your License Key
- Go to the MarketXLS tab in Excel
- Click Settings or License
- Re-enter your license key
- Click Activate
3. Check Your Subscription Status
- Log into your account at marketxls.com
- Go to My Account or Subscription
- Verify your subscription is active and hasn't expired
