How do I cancel my subscription?

How to Cancel

Option 1: Email Support

Send an email to support@marketxls.com with:

• Your account email address
• Subject: "Cancel Subscription"
• Brief reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)

We'll process your cancellation and confirm via email within 1-2 business days.

Option 2: Through Your Account

1. Log into marketxls.com
2. Go to My Account > Subscription
3. Click Cancel Subscription
4. Follow the prompts to confirm

What Happens After Cancellation?

• Immediate access: Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Data retention: Your spreadsheets will still work, but live data will stop updating
• Easy return: You can resubscribe anytime at marketxls.com/pricing

Avoid Unwanted Renewals

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:

• Cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date
• Check your renewal date in your account settings
• Set a calendar reminder
