How do I request a refund?

We want you to be satisfied with MarketXLS. Here's our refund policy and process:

Refund Policy

  • 30-day window: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
  • Setup fee: Refund amount = Purchase price minus $50 setup fee
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days to process
  • Payment method: Refunds go back to your original payment method

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

Email support@marketxls.com with:

  • Subject: "Refund Request"
  • Your order ID or account email
  • Brief reason for the refund (helps us improve)

Step 2: Confirmation

We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Confirmation of your refund amount
  • Expected processing timeframe

Step 3: Receive Refund

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Subscription Renewal Refunds

If you were charged for an unwanted renewal:

  1. Contact support immediately
  2. We can process a refund if you contact us promptly
  3. To avoid future renewals, cancel at least 7 days before renewal date
